The best one products and services were selected based on the results of innumerate research, tests and selections. Then it was formed IT-service packages, which help Mascode customers to increase the efficiency of their business with an optimal price / quality ratio. |
Background |

GOAL
Creatively and technologically telling the story of the Mascode brand. Submit information about the offered services and packages, focusing on users. Helping to organize sales by turning the website into a one-click hotspot for products and services.
RESEARCH
Analysis received from the customer information. Independent research in open sources: competitors research, similar in mechanics of services and analytical reports.
INTERVIEW
We spent much time as was necessary on discutions for the fully understanding the customer’s requests, his wishes and goals. We worked together on the implementation of the idea, thought out what we can offer to clients and discussed the most beneficial solutions for both sides. After each interview the project was updated with information and improved.
COMPETITORS
We analyzed direct and indirect competitors and came up with a hypothesis. We probed the market, determined how we can differentiate in order to come out ahead and make a better product.
Naming |

We suggested the brand name – MASCODE. It is easy to pronounce and remember. Moreover, it identifies and distinguishes among competitors. |
Logo |

Ongoing and reliable customer support is the one of the most important missions of the Mascode team.
We decided to convey this message with a logo. On the one hand, it resembles a call-center operator, on the other, the status “online” in social networks.
Visual Design |

Corporate style elements and interface components are maximally flexible in use both in online and offline environments.

After discussing the idea, we thought over the functional and structured it into a convenient scheme, paying attention to even the smallest details.

When the information architecture was ready and approved by the customer, our objectives was to think about how beter to present information about the packages and functionality of each product; how help the user to make the choice and make purchase process more simple. |
