User Interface & Development |
---|
Since this multiplayer online economic game is aimed at teenagers 10-16 years old, it was necessary to create a memorable modern interface. Also, don’t forget that OTP Capitalist is originally an offline board game. Therefore, we chose the neomorphism style to make the design more realistic. |
Captains, having scanned QR-code at the administrator, go to the registration page. They enter name of the team, which is displayed in the admin panel.

After the start of the round, the columns “Buy” and “Sell” appear in the table, in which all transactions of the team are tracked during the current round.

As soon as the round starts, players begin to place orders to buy / sell their securities, edit orders and respond to offers from other teams. Here you can also withdraw your offer.

You can view and analyze your trades for each instrument for all completed rounds in Archive tab.

Pop-ups and push notifications

After the end of the round, the reels are spin, determining a random event that will affect the price of securities.

On the projector screen are broadcast:
- the “Market” page during trading,
- random events –after the end of the round,
- leaderboard (TOP 3 after each round and general at the end of the game).
Cross-browser responsive front-end development.
